Herbicide Treatment on Crystal Lake Scheduled for June 21

On Tuesday, June 21, Solitude Lake Management will be conducting a herbicide treatment on targeted areas of Crystal Lake. These areas will be treated with a selective herbicide to control Milfoil spp., an exotic invasive submersed aquatic plant species.

Do not use lake water for irrigating plants or for mixing sprays for agricultural or ornamental plants for a period of 7 days from the application date.  There are no fishing or swimming restrictions post-treatment listed on the product label.

Should the weather prevent this treatment from happening on the date listed above, the treatment will occur on the next business day that the weather allows.
