Park District Partners with Cycling without Age for Trail Rides for Seniors

Feel the wind in your hair!  Bring an elder out for a pleasant ride at Lippold Park or the Dole Farmer’s Market, provided by Cycling without Ages McHenry County. Sign up for a 30 or 60 minute ride conducted by trained volunteers on their comfortable, open-air trishaws.

Ride and Registration notes:

• Rides are FREE but registration 48 hours in advance of ride date required.
• Register online by clicking on the program code on page 82 of the digital guide at crystallakeparks.org
• Ride may be cancelled due to inclement weather or if less than two ride slots are scheduled
• You may sign up for 2 consecutive time slots for a 60 minute ride
• Each ride can accommodate 1 or 2 people and the elder can be accompanied by a non-elder (one passenger must be age 55+).

Depart from Dole Mansion (between Country Club Rd and Lake Ave, triangle grass area across from Ringling Rd):
