PICNIC SHELTERS/AREAS
- Reservations will be made first come, first served, in numerical order.
- Number cards will be hanging on the Entrance Door located on the parking lot side of Administrative Building.
- Please complete the Facility Rental Agreement (below) and bring it with you to the Administrative Office.
- Have a couple of dates to choose from in case your date has been taken!
The Crystal Lake Park District maintains many different open picnic areas and shelters throughout our parks. These areas/shelters are available for rent if not being utilized by a Park District program or special event. All rentals must be made in person at our Administration Office. Parks are open to the public at the time of all rentals. A rental fee and maintenance deposit is required. All organizations and businesses must secure a certificate of insurance. Reservations with alcohol (beer/wine/champagne only) require additional liquor liability insurance.
1-100 People Additional $175 for COI w Liquor Liability
100-500 People Additional $195 COI w Liquor Liability
Requests such as tents, inflatables, porta-potties etc. must be approved in advance.

PICNIC RESERVATIONS BEGIN THE FIRST REGULAR BUSINESS DAY AFTER JAN 1ST AND MUST BE MADE IN PERSON AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE.
