BIDS & REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) & Qualifications (RFQ)

Throughout the year the Crystal Lake Park District sends many different services/products out to bid or will list a Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), ranging from apparel to paper supplies to printing to park design consulting to park construction. Bids and Requests for Proposals will be posted on the web site and are available at the Crystal Lake Park District Administrative Building, located at 1. East Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake.

We are hosting a non-mandatory Q&A review meeting on Tu, Jan 13, 2026 at 1:30 pm.  

Project architect along with Park District staff will be available to answer any questions.
